Teams at Epique

Epique supports agents and teams with flexible structures designed for family partnerships, growing teams, high-production teams, and agents who want to brand together.

Family / Domestic Teams

Family Teams consist of 2 agents who share a single $15,000 commission cap while working toward mutual success. This structure often includes spouses, siblings, parents and children, or other family partnerships.

Traditional Teams

Traditional Teams consist of 2 or more agents. Team members may receive a reduced monthly fee and reduced commission cap while still having the opportunity to participate in company stock award programs.

Power Teams

Power Teams are designed for high-production teams that meet annual volume or transaction benchmarks.

Unofficial Teams

Unofficial Teams allow 2 or more agents to brand and market as a team, subject to broker and marketing approval.
